In one or two sentences please could you describe your JSB experience?
JSB are amongst the easiest training vendors / partners I work with – mainly due to their pragmatic and client focussed set up. Having both a client director and a senior account manager makes it very easy to get things done through one point of contact. Their content expertise and facilitators are both excellent and many of the JSB team have built excellent credibility inside our organization.

Would you recommend JSB to other organisations in your sector? What characteristics of the JSB service would motivate you to do so?
Yes – For me the best features of JSB are flexibility, client need focussed, creative thinking in terms of finding solutions to needs and a practical mindset.

How has your organisation/people benefited from JSB’s service?
Through the training design work that JSB have done for us over 50% of our global management population (over 5,000 employees) have benefited from new skills and insights making them better managers, more able to cope with the demands of their roles and better able to engage their teams. For many of our senior leaders the experience of training with JSB has been challenging and enabled them to take their leadership thinking to the next level.

Do you have any other comments?
The set up of the team / account structure works very well for us in AkzoNobel. We have one point of dedicated contact which makes the process of coordinating activity really simple and take a huge pressure off me. (Which I love!)
