Myrtille Lapuelle, Eversheds
Myrtille Lapuelle is a Human Resources lawyer from Eversheds LLP, Paris. She joined the Eversheds' Paris employment team in September 2005 after having spent two years within the employment department of White & Case in Paris. Myrtille Lapuelle works on various employment issues including individual employment relations (drafting employment contracts and disciplinary procedures, employee remuneration, and discrimination), collective employment relations (TUPE, collective negotiations and agreements, employee representatives relationships, redundancies and restructuring strategy and management) including litigation before the labour courts. She has developed specific expertise in the implementation of European works committee. Her recent experience includes redundancy plan for a multinational organisation involving the closure of one plants and the departure of about 100 employees, implementing a committee for a European Company involving the coordination of 10 countries, advice to various International Air companies on recent evolution of the French regulation applicable to Foreign Air companies. She has written articles on Whistleblowing for international media such as the The Corporate Counselor and participates in various client's training. Working both in French and English, she has a master's degree in international business law from the University of Toulouse.
