In brief:
Your interpersonal skills affect every aspect of your working life. Beyond your technical or professional ability, your success depends directly on the impact you make on others. This interpersonal skills training is an opportunity to galvanise your relationships at work.
Using a Gestalt approach, we enable participants to develop their \'here and now\' awareness. We create the conditions of balancing support and challenge to enable participants to experiment with new skills and new behaviours throughout the programme.
Participants develop their self awareness and understanding of how relationships are \'co-created\' according to current and ever-changing contexts and situations.
We explore and explain interpersonal concepts such as \'projection\', and what drives perception - and develop skills in authentic dialogue.
