In brief:

Cold calls can seem a daunting task to those who have never had to make them. It is often difficult to break through the anxiety and anticipation to have a conversation which yields results.

The current state of the economy continues to affect our professional lives. We have to take on additional duties on top of an already heavy workload - and these new duties often take us into unfamiliar territory. One such unfamiliar – and unpopular – task is the dreaded ‘cold call’.

This half-day workshop will shift your mindset and provide you with essential skills to help you make the most of your business conversations. Our interactive approach allows you to practise and hone your skills as well as develop a checklist that you can tailor to your activities when you return to work.

This event is CPD accredited.
